Join the MIT Water Club for the kickoff dinner of the MIT Water Innovation Prize on Monday, October 23 at 6 pm at the MIT Media Lab. Learn more about water innovation, pitch your own idea or network to find teammates. Hear from speakers across sectors about the world’s water challenges and new innovations to address them. Individuals or teams are invited to give a three to five-minute idea pitch on anything water-related. Please e-mail waterinnovation@mit.edu if you are interested in pitching.

Speakers at the dinner include:

• Emily Reichert CEO Greentown Labs
• Jess Moyer Xylem Advanced Technology & Innovation Team
• Andre Fourie Head of Water Security and Environmental Value at SABMiller

Applications to enter the prize competition will be due in late December. The winners of the MIT Water Innovation Prize will be awarded innovation grants of up to $30,000 in April 2018. More info can be found at mitwaterinnovation.org.
