Join the MIT Food & Agriculture Club for an exclusive tour of what food innovation looks like in the ingredient industry at the Bay State Milling Rothwell GrainEssentials Center (GEC).

Bay State Milling is a plant-based ingredient company focused on providing food ingredients to promote the healthful and affordable food choices to the consumer. The GEC is an integral part of their ability to act as a full-service client partner and is home base for the Product Applications Team who are food science, bakery science, and culinary professionals. The center is designed around functional stations that support applied innovation through collaboration, including an experimental mill allow for the development of grain-based products from concept to application.
