The Gordon Engineering Leadership (GEL) Program’s application period is open! You came to MIT to solve the world’s most challenging and complex problems. MIT will give you the academic foundation to do that, but those problems will not be solved alone; they will be solved in teams – and those teams will be led by the next generation of engineering leaders. GEL will help you develop the capabilities you will need to leverage your technical skills for maximum impact.
