Cambridge Science Festival 2018 Call for Entries

Submit a proposal to run a program during the 10-day celebration of 200+ events that makes science accessible, engaging and fun for everyone.

Submit a proposal to run a Festival program or host an event during the Cambridge Science Festival. They are looking for ideas that celebrate science, technology, engineering, art, and math in ways that combine spirit, interactivity and audience appeal. From the Science of Cocktails to medical simulation, events may be large or small, serious or wild. Their curious community wants to meet you!

The festival’s largest event, the Science Carnival & Robot Zoo, will be Saturday, April 14, and requires a second application form.

  • Proposal deadline: December 8, 2017, with final details in place by December 31.
