Who Can Join

1. Current MIT graduate students, postdocs, technical associates, or research staff members with less than 3 years experience— either currently pursuing or holding a graduate degree
2. Who are currently working in STEM (or have within the past 3 years) or as a venture founder— either for profit or nonprofit
