About Christine

Christine Davis is a PhD student in the Lauffenburger lab in MIT's Biological Engineering department. She uses machine learning techniques to interrogate immunological data gathered from various animal models and human clinical samples of infectious disease, particularly tuberculosis and COVID-19. Prior to MIT, Christine worked as an upstream process development engineer for three years in the rare disease space. Outside of lab, she enjoys staying active, particularly hiking, backcountry skiing, and long distance running.
