About Krista

Krista Pullen is a PhD student in the Lauffenburger lab. She is developing a machine learning pipeline that will allow translation of immunological data across species in the context of infectious disease vaccine development. In collaboration with the Alter lab at the Ragon Institute, she more recently has been utilizing multivariate analytical tools to expand our understanding of the humoral immune response to COVID-19 infection. When she is not coding, Krista loves to read, cook and enjoy the outdoors.
