Welcome to the MIT Student Venture Studio!

 

The Student Venture Studio, located on the 4th floor of InnovationHQ, builds community among the student organizations within MIT’s innovation and entrepreneurship (I&E) ecosystem—providing a dedicated space within MIT’s new I&E Hub for student innovators to meet, host events, collaborate, model inclusive innovation, solve important problems, and be the unified student voice of MIT’s I&E community.

Responsibilities
  Host one club event each semester on the SVS 4th floor space.

LEADERSHIP
Help shape what SVS is…and what it becomes!

•  Collect student usage metrics
•  Set community norms
•  Help raise student awareness
•  Spend time in SVS Leadership Team Office
•  Act as an advisory board for i3 Innovators Lounge (floor 3)

 

If I join the Leadership Team, what will a typical week look like?
•  Hold office hours in the leadership team office
•  Maintain systems created by you (table & event reservations, event calendar, students’ space usage data)
•  Meet as a student advisory board to make decisions for the 3rd and 4th floors

 

There are opportunities for roles in marketing, partnerships, events, and more.
