Sponsored by: Lean On Me

Lean On Me automatically and anonymously matches peers to create texting networks of instantaneous support across organizations. It originated as a student group at MIT three years ago and has since grown into a national nonprofit working with hundreds of volunteers, students, and campus mental health employees across the country.

Lean On Me is looking for team members to support continuing growth in a variety of roles, as well as experienced professionals to join a new advisory board. Roles span a few categories: mental health, volunteer training, quality assurance, marketing, finance, fundraising, organization growth management, software engineering for social good, or just plain awesome people.

If you are driven, passionate about mental health, and willing to volunteer 10–15 hours per week to help make Lean On Me an impactful, efficient, and high-quality service, apply to be a team member.
