Want to use engineering skills to solve real problems? Design for America (DFA) organizes interdisciplinary teams to tackle local issues. DFA is all about engineering human-centered solutions that make a positive impact and they want you to join them. They are currently looking for candidates to join as project team leads!

Project Lead Description:

• Directs a team of 4–5 members to design a solution to a problem in their community
• Decides on the topic they want to tackle and works with their team to create an impactful solution
• Has strong leadership, organization and communication skills
• Well-versed in technical skills (experience with shop tools, Arduinos, 3D printing, iOS/Android, web development etc.) or is very willing to learn
• Enjoys immersing themselves in their project and motivating others
