Leader development is a critical component to ensuring younger generations are prepared for the challenges in the 21st century. Leaders must develop a balance of character and competence to respond to this ever-changing world of diverse cultures, technological innovations, and globalization. Taught by combat veterans who have led organizations of up to 120 people in Iraq, Afghanistan, Europe and elsewhere, this interactive two-day seminar will use thoughtful classroom instruction, meaningful small group discussion, and innovative practical exercises to develop skills, leadership qualities, and techniques that can help prepare you to lead in the most complex situations. This course will undoubtedly resonate with young adults and emerging leaders.
