About Abigail

Abby has worked in the Tisdale lab at MIT since 2019 as a PhD student in Chemical Engineering. She graduated with Honors from Stanford University in 2019 with a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. While at Stanford, she worked with Professor Zhenan Bao on the synthesis of novel metal-organic frameworks for energy storage applications. Abby also worked with Professor Timothy Meyer to model the solute removal during hemodialysis for patients with renal failure. In the Tisdale lab, she is studying the self-assembly of colloidal quantum dot superlattices. Abby is co-advised by Professor James Swan in Chemical Engineering.
