About Joyce

Joyce is an MBA Candidate at the MIT Sloan School of Management pursuing the Entrepreneurship and Innovation track. She was a Program Manager for the delta v accelerator at the Martin Trust Center for Entrepreneurship and worked with 20 teams over the 2021 summer. Prior to MIT, Joyce was a data engineer and decision scientist at fintech and commercial real estate startups and a strategy consultant and product manager at Capital One. She graduated from Yale University, where she was an Amy Rossborough Fellow and created an organization called SheCode that taught New Haven middle school and high school girls how to code.
